- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have worked with ADP in the past and found their level of customer service surpasses that of Paychex. We use their Payroll and Time Keeping services (Stratus) and sadly both are seperate departments that have zero communication with each other. They are quick to pass the responsibility to each other and many times fail to help me with glitches within their system.Just recently our company has implemented a new chart of accounts. I was promised it would take 3-7 business days to update so that we could upload to our accounting system. I am on my 10th business day and still have not heard back after calling 2 twice to follow up. Please keep in mind the General Ledger department is seperate from their Payroll Department. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to small/start up businesses. They are not sensitive to deadlines and are slow to provide the services we need.October 03, 2017by Dino Aranda
